Extraordinary Ministers of the Holy Eucharist

Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist assist in the distribution of the Blessed Sacrament. They must have transportation, attend a Safe Environment class, and be fingerprinted.

  • Parish
    Eucharistic Ministers assist in the distribution of the Blessed Sacrament, in both species, during Daily, Saturday Vigil, and Sunday Masses.
  • Nursing Homes and Shut-ins
    These Eucharistic Ministers deliver the Blessed Sacrament to those Catholics who are unable to attend Mass. They go the parishioners’ homes and the Nursing/Retirement Homes.
